On Friday and Saturday, April 26-27, Matthew Wright, an Episcopal priest, and gifted retreat leader mentored by Cynthia Bourgeault, will offer a weekend introduction to Sufism, the mystical practices of Islam.

This is a continuation of our three-year journey exploring prayer of the heart as practiced by the Abrahamic faiths – Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.  Matthew is a dervish on the Mevlevi Sufi path. He will reveal to us how the Sufi tradition dovetails beautifully with other heart-centered meditation practices in the Christian and Jewish traditions.
